OVERVIEW Welcome to t3d Labs LLC! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to t3d Labs LLC. t3d Labs LLC operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). t3d Labs LLC is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS & 3D PRINTING VARIANCES We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products. However, due to the nature of FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printing, you acknowledge that:

  • Small surface imperfections (layer lines, tiny bumps, or "zits") are a normal part of the 3D printing process and do not constitute a defect.

  • Colors may differ slightly from your screen due to filament batch variations from our suppliers.

  • We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products will meet your expectations exactly as rendered in digital mockups.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. t3d Labs LLC reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes or shipping. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All designs, text, and images are owned by t3d Labs LLC or its licensors. Many of our products are printed under specific commercial licenses from 3D designers; reproduction or "remixing" of our physical products for digital resale is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 16 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES NEW JERSEY RESIDENTS: To the extent that New Jersey law prohibits the disclaimer of certain warranties, some of the exclusions in this section may not apply to you. t3d Labs LLC provides products "as is" except where prohibited by law.

SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY NEW JERSEY RESIDENTS: Pursuant to the New Jersey Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act (TCCWNA), this section does not limit our liability for our own willful, wanton, or reckless misconduct or our own negligence within the State of New Jersey. In no case shall t3d Labs LLC be liable for incidental or consequential damages unless such a limitation is prohibited by NJ law.

SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless t3d Labs LLC from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law.

SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. You and t3d Labs LLC consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Burlington County, New Jersey (or the county of the business's current registration).

SECTION 26 - SAFETY AND USAGE WARNINGS (3D PRINTED GOODS) * Choking Hazard: Many 3D printed items (especially figurines or articulated "fidget" toys) contain small parts or may break into small parts if dropped or handled roughly. These products are not intended for children under the age of 3 (or the age specified in the product description).

  • Heat Sensitivity: Standard 3D printing materials (like PLA) have a low heat deflection temperature. Do not leave products in hot cars or direct sunlight, as they may warp or melt. t3d Labs LLC is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage.

  • Not Food Safe: Unless specifically stated otherwise, our 3D printed items are not food-safe and should not be used in kitchens or for food consumption.
